These skills are universally utilized by those trying to influence you to vote for them or buy their product. It therefore is incumbent on you to possess these skills. You will stand zero chance of being able to navigate the miasma of deception being daily shoved in your face without them. With them, you will be able to easily recognize valid and invalid arguments.
