Hi! Just wanted to update you guys since I missed last week's episode. Today I talked about my hiking experience with all my friends as well as meeting Angel Dei for the first time. I got emotional in this episode! I talked about all the animals that we had and the dogs that came into our lives. Happy Holidays! hope you enjoy today's episode, I shared some holiday/Christmas stories from my childhood, old and new traditions. In this episode I share with you my insecurities and how I body shamed myself. I was my worst bully. I also discussed how I built up my confidence and how I learned to love and appreciate myself more. I still do have my up and downs but I can say that I have been better and I have been loving and taking care of myself more. I titled this "all about you" because I think that building confidence always starts within you and that only yourself can give the amount of love and appreciation that you need more than anyone else. Always remind yourself that SELF LOVE, SELF CARE and SELF APPRECIATION is key to a happy, confident, and healthier life.

I know I said I'll be posting earlier than last time but I went on a hike on Sunday and I was too tired so I was not able to post this episode on time.
