    This week we looked at the power of hearing and being heard using the following journalling questions:
    What am I not saying that needs to be said?
    What am I saying that is not being heard?
    What is being said that I am not hearing.

    This week, we explore my journey with morning pages. Morning pages are a huge contributor in the growth I have had to date.
