I struggle with reevaluating a situation repeatedly whether or not that situation was traumatic, and harvesting the same negative emotions + assumptions over and over with no end. In this episode I try to describe a method I will use to help myself with this problem, and to create safer places for personal disagreement + feelings disrespected. If you're in a toxic relationship, please leave it immediately. Do not take up people's toxic behavior only because you feel compassion for them, and do what's best for you. This episode is to make that and other disagreements smoother.
