She talks about what it has been like to be a final year student practicing art during Covid and the inspirations behind Nature and Us. A little on Shepherdson's practice - Shepherdson creates work on her personal relationship to nature and how this benefits her mental health. Currently she is focusing on creating work around the Japanese therapy practice Shinrin-Yoku during the Covid19 Pandemic.
