Great

Love this podcast! Doug and Matt are so easy to listen to and informative. Feels like you are listening in on a really interesting conversation. Especially loved Matt's kids featuring on the last episode! If you are interested in running or healthy eating I would highly recommend this podcast! 👍🏃🏽‍♀️

Uncomplicated invaluable information

Every episode is packed full of gems both for the newly turned veggie, hardened vegan and athlete of any type. Both presenters pass on their wisdom and tips in an uncondescending funny manner that many podcasts fail to do. Makes for a very enjoyable experience.
