This week I got to spend another hour with the dynamic due: Noelle Codispoti and Sharla Floyd of Verto, LLC.  After our first conversation I felt like there was so much left to talk about and managed to talk these wonderful women into another interview!
We dive into their decision to leap boldly into their entrepreneurial journey, the evaluation process that helps them deal with distractions and stay on mission, and why transparency, action and accountability are all required to generate real change.
