Hilarious, highly educating and easy on the eye!

This man is a legend!! Ridiculously knowledgeable, smart, clever and absolutely hilarious. The way that he giggles at his own jokes melts me! He has the power to disperse valuable, important information in the most simplistic and understandable way and can make me double over with laughter all in one sentence. He’s a breath of fresh air in a minefield of complete quacks and I’m so happy to have him whispering creatine love notes in my ear 😍

Brilliant listen but more importantly helpful

Realised I hadn’t left a review. Listening to these podcasts over the last while has really made something stick in my head in terms of nutrition and life balance. Even though Martin himself claims he can ramble on, I don’t find the podcasts to be like that at all. His PCOS info (I bought his lecture) have improved my PCOS so much that I’m now working towards a different goal with my gynae. Really worthwhile listening to these podcasts- simplified detailed information easy to adapt.

Great to fall asleep to

I love Martin but tbh I just use this podcast to fall asleep to because his voice is so relaxing. Can’t comment on the content (I’m sure it’s great tho cos Martin is so good) but highly recommend for the soothing tones!
