What we resist, persists. So here is the RAIN process that allows you to deal with negativity so you can move to gratitude: 1) Recognize the feeling 2) Allow the feelings some space 3) Investigate- Identify where is it in your body? What is its purpose? 4) Nurture yourself by offering love & kindness I hope you make this part of your daily coping process So back to the intro for today’s guest.
