Ritchie Clapson has been involved in property development for over 35 years, and as co-founder of propertyCEO, he coaches both novice and experienced property developers how to create substantial returns from small-to-medium scale developments. Ritchie’s development pedigree speaks for itself. A structural engineer by profession, he’s not only worked on hundreds of new-build, commercial and industrial conversion projects, he’s also trained and mentored countless developers and property professionals during his long career in the industry.



A business coach and strategist, Ritchie built up one of the country’s leading structural engineering firms and was appointed by the government as peer review engineer for the London 2012 Olympic Stadium.

Jon McDermott is a Chartered Town Planner and Educator in planning and development. Jon has some 18 year experience in the public and private sector and presently manages up-to 60 planning cases for Town Planning Expert.

Jon specialises in Flood Risk Management and prepares all of the Flood Risk Assessments for TPX. Jon writes regularly in Your Property Network Magazine, Property Investor News Magazine. He also has his on YouTube The Anti Guru channel.

Jon presents education for Whitebox Property on their Property Developers Secrets, Property Mastermind and Land and Planning Masterclass, along with teaching his own "Workshoppers" on a monthly training programme and has recently become the first RTPI consultancy to become CPD accredited training provider.

Jon is now also a developer/renovator of historic buildings, which includes 2 Grade II listed buildings and a scheduled ancient monument, and is working on 3 developments at present and has a number more in the pipeline.

Susannah is highly respected in the Property Investing Circles. She is a well-established property expert who is running a very successful flipping strategy already, with the marketplace buzzing, and owns a substantial HMO and single let property portfolio. She started The Good Property Company in 2011, as a kitchen table startup. For the first five years, she and her team have sourced, bought, sold or let out more than 200 properties, with a value of £45 million, and an agreed purchase price of £30 million (before refurb). She loves property and loves to give back, in the shape of Workshops and her Group Mentoring Programme, helping others achieve (and hopefully, surpass) her own successes to date.
