While in prison, he taught himself financial literacy and more importantly about real estate. Once he got out of prison, he started his own business 7Dime Homebuyer LLC. He has never looked back ever since. He uses one of the real estate strategies "wholesales". Basically a wholesaling deal, you are the middle man trying to get the house under contract with another buyer. You can use this strategy for short term investing with huge profits.
