Such a great, informative podcast!!

I don’t suffer with anxiety myself but I definitely have suffered anxious moments of course like everyone so does that mean everyone has anxiety? I think so. I feel so informed now and believeI know what to do now if I am feeling anxious or help my friends and family if they are feeling anxious too.
