In this episode my friend Raven and I discuss the issues we face in relationships with fixed mindset v.s growth mindset. We also share our opinions and point of views with various relationships scenarios and how to navigate through the good and the bad. In all we learned growth mindset is much more rewarding and being open minded with the people that you love is one of the tools needed to have successful relationships. 

This episode is the beginning of a series called "Mindset is Everything" and in this episode I want to pose the question " Who measures my failure and my success? " and changing our narrative on the negativity that surrounds the word "failure". I believe we have the power to manifest the type of energy we want to give and receive from certain things by understanding that "Mindset is Everything".
