Quarantine has given us a pause button on a lot of things in our lives. Wouldn’t it be amazing to use this time to work on yourself and start walking on the path towards being the you that you were meant to be or always wanted to be? I’m on this journey too. I share my experiences and things I have learned. How I went from realizing I lacked confidence to headed towards a life I always wanted. With that comes fear, anxiety and pain. But healing is painful, sometimes more than the break.
