Useful and Entertaining
All in all, these screencasts are one of the most helpful resources for learning rails available. Each episode focuses on a particular function or problem within rails and shows you how to do something practical. At the end of every episode I have felt that my understanding of rails had been improved.
These screencasts do not teach the basics of rails, and so newbies should look elsewhere. However, the intermediate user will find these screencasts incredibly helpful.
