Leigh joins the Realized podcast's inaugural episode to discuss her drive to lead, the crucial role support systems play in achieving big goals, and her new exciting role chairing AOTA's Assembly of Student Delegates Steering Committee.
Guest Bio:
Leigh is a recent graduate of Gwynedd Mercy University. She is 23 years old, lives in Perkasie, PA, and has an amazing family that she loves spending her time with. In addition to her parents, she has two twin brothers, three dog-siblings, and a wonderful boyfriend of 6 1/2 years. In her leisure time, she enjoys walking at local parks, reading James Patterson books, attempting to re-create Bob Ross paintings, and doing DIY house projects.
Leigh has held many prior student leadership positions throughout her college journey. Her most recent leadership position officially began on July 1st, 2021 as the American Occupational Therapy Association’s Assembly of Student Delegates Steering Committee Chairperson.
