With a proven track record at Apple, Aegon, and CNP Santander Insurance, she excels in steering stakeholders, mentoring teams, and achieving company goals.
Throughout her career, Sandy has trained and coached professionals in key skills from product knowledge, sales methodologies, effective communication and guiding individuals into management roles. She holds a degree in Insurance, a Diploma in Organisational Behaviour from the Irish Management Institute, and certifications in Train the Trainer and Executive Coaching. Specializing in organisational behaviour, Sandy actively promotes critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors and creative writing.
