For our very first episode, we had the honor to have conversation with Corinne Johnson! She held various leadership positions for 20 years in McKinsey, and currently is permanent advisor (常任顧問) to Shimizu and the first female and foreigner to hold an Executive level position in the 210 years of Shimizu Corporation’s history! She shares her adventure from leading skydiving school, coming to Asia without any background, and her experiences at Shimizu as well as her values of growth and giving back.
