Episode 6. Panic Mode On, Panic Mode Off

Episode 6. Panic Mode On, Panic Mode Off

With the recent events of today's world, I even struggle to calm myself down. The shitty thing about being a psychologist is that you know you are panicking but that doesn't stop you from panicking anyway. I talk about what we go through as the partners left behind and players who are in camp/quarantine. I decided they are the same thing. In one they try to not catch feelings and the other viruses. Same ol' same ol'. Press play to hear more on switching off your panic button.
