I have been in the Construction Industry for over 30 years. During the duration of my career I have experience as a Human Resource Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Estimator, Account and Cost Manager, Project Manager, Assistant Vice President of Design, Vice President, and held a Board of Directors position. During my career I have worked for companies in the US and Asia.
Leadership and personal growth have always been very important to me. Throughout my career I always seek to learn and grow in leadership and development. When we say to be a person of tenacity what are we really talking about. Tenacity means the quality of being very determined, determination, persistence, perseverance, steadfast, resolve and staying power. -
About Hope
Hope is one thing we all need to move forward in life. Otherwise we become downhearted and in despair. Hope keeps us dreaming for a brighter future and hope gives us strength the take the necessary steps to live and reach our potential.
I’d like to share a story with you today where hope has absolutely essential for my fight to survive.
In July 2017 I went for my mammogram. I get a call from the doctor saying they needed to do it again as there may be something there. I went again for another and also an ultrasound. They had my husband come into the room with me and they showed us the tumor and it looked like it was cancer, and at that point my life changed forever. My husband just held me as I cried. I couldn’t believe that I was now having to fight this battle. -
