Ru Can Do Podcasts

As a newby listening to Ru's Podcasts, They are thoroughly enjoyable. Ru's provides clear and easy listen information. Loving the Habit Mastery episodes from Ru & Anna. Great tips for breaking and making habits along with some wholesome & realistic recommendations for new habits for everyone.

Ru review

The thing I like most about listening to Ru's podcasts is that he doesn't bombard you with science where you have to go look up what he is talking about. He simplifies the info for the normal Joe Blogg, and yet he is straight to the point and says how it is. He caters for all walks of life, from those who are starting out, to those who trained all their life, but are stuck in a plateau. His podcasts have you glued from start to finish, and he is not there to sell you some fad or product, he is giving you the stepping stones to a high performance life and to change yourself for the better. No bullsh!t, just facts, information and banter!

Simple Information!

It's great to brush up on nutrition without needing an encylopedia! Ru and Simon cover the bascics and beyound in a simple yet comprehensive way. It doesn't matter what level you are with nutrition, you'll come away with some nuggets and pearls. Loving it, keep it up lads and keep the banter going!
