Hurt People, Hurt People | Ep. 1289
In this episode I share how we can help those who hurt us. Yes, it's not natural for us to do this, but we have to remember those that are hurting us are hurt. Something in their life is causes them to act this way. If they are bullying others and people are reacting they may like the attention because they aren't getting attention at home or from their significant other. If they are saying mean things it could be because so many others have said mean things to them. Hurt people, hurt people. When someone say's something hurtful to you, ask yourself, how can I help this person? How can I be there for them because I know they're hurt.
