Carly and Darcy talk with Janelle Heflen, A graduate out of the Central Washington University Safety Program who transferred from working in the Safety and IH field in a private company to working in the public sector.

Carly and Darcy take the opportunity to talk to Rachel Walla, CSP who is a Safety and Industrial Hygiene Consultant. She shares her experiences growing up in a family logging business, her experiences working as a industrial hygienist and safety manager before making the leap to starting her own consulting business.
