Death and dying is everywhere, we see it on TV, the movies, TV series & books. We loose pets when we are young; but do we really talk about death or dying before it actually becomes an experience? Our first episode and we are already going deep. Emotions and feelings; where do they come from & how are they affecting our lives. In this episode we invite our dearest friend and sister Psychologist Linett Morquecho, to help us dive into how; the way we grew up, our culture and so much more has an effect on how we feel. Gaby & I share a little about growing up in a Mexican household with the same parents yet have very different ways of showing and expressing emotions.
