Motivational Message for Black Lives Matter-2020 Stop the Violence. The cries and motivation for hope from one mother to the world!  I am a speaker at heart, but I only know how to express myself through my words.  Every day I worry and pray because I'm a mother myself and this world is such a scary place to raise your children.  I cried writing this but I needed to express myself regarding the killings/murders that are happening right now.

Don’t despise the small beginnings!

As a human when we start something naturally we are trained to want the best outcome because even in school the work you turn in was graded.  We are programmed from a young age with the power of cause and effect.  What we put out we expect something back.  If I love hard, then I expect you to love hard.  If I work hard then I expect to make more money.  It's truly a natural response mechanism that has been stamped in our mental space as early as us smiling and our parents clapping and smiling in our faces.  We most likely understood that if I smile, then they would smile.  It is highly unlikely that if a baby cries, that the parent smiles.  I hope that makes sense.  Today the saying doesn't despise the days of small beginnings is such a valid statement and is necessary for you to stay grounded on your journey or call in life.  Whether that be being the best mom, the best worker, the best student, the best friend etc...small things should be appreciated just as much as the larger things.  This step or phase just helps place a tangible or quantifiable measure to something our mind has said we need.  We all want the best but the best is not always bigger.  The best is not always more.  When you want to become a manager because it brings more income, you give up the small things of just being responsible for yourself, and in return you inherit more stress but you receive more pay.  Don't despise the days of small beginnings.  When you start a company and it starts off with small sales, don't despise the time that you are being given to truly learn your business or skill because scalability requires time and technique.  When you are in the right space you will be blessed with what is for you when the time is right. Just don't forget to enjoy the journey and don't be in such a rush to want more that you miss the learning opportunities that come with growing.  Don't get trapped in trying to achieve everything and end up accomplishing nothing.  Focus on what you have accomplished and use that to fuel you to keep going.  When your time is set for your overabundance it will truly overflow in everything you have desired for.  Speak it into existence, do the hard work, and watch the results amaze you.

Consistency-Spirit Score!

"Consistent" A word that is preached in so many self-help workshops or conversations from people that are considered by society to be successful.  Let's not forget about other things that we are consistent with that at the time may not have monetary value, but you have weathered the storm and have planted the seed.  We check our credit reports because, in the world, you need good credit to be sustainable and get the best rates, etc. So we are consistently trying to have a better score. Paying credit repair people or trying to understand the algorithm of credit. If you are a mother, then you have pretty much been consistent in someone's life.  Being a mother requires a different type of consistency.

The kind that has no dollar tied to it because the experience you are consistent about is genuinely priceless.  If we, at times, can put that type of energy into our children, relationships, and our finances, then we must also remember to be just as consistent with God.  I have struggled to speak about my love for the Lord because of fear that people won't receive my words due to the fancy saying of separation and state.  Having my nonprofit has also taught me that God blessed me with this tool.  I didn't create GIRL BEE YOU on my own.  God was consistent in my life because I allowed him to be.  I'm not a perfect person, but I have been an ideal person in keeping the foundation I was taught, and that is believing in the Lord, who strengthens me even when I fell weak.  God believed in me when I didn't.  He saw the message in my horrible handwriting.  He heard the cries of my soul.  He touched me when I felt lonely.  He empowered me when I felt drained.  He was only preparing me for such a more significant platform because of my consistent understanding of where my real strength comes from.  I love being compatible with the LORD because I can accomplish many things with the Lord, not on my side but having the Lord in my wallet.  Yes, I just saw the Capital One commercial in my head.   I have endless credit limits with the Lord.  I don't have to have perfect credit with the Lord.

I just have to make sure I pull my spiritual report as much as I can to check my spirit scores.  What is your score from the things you have done in your life?  Are you continually growing a higher rating with the Lord?  Have you checked your spirit score?  I don't care what Equifax, Transunion, and Experian can do for you on earth, but what is your spiritual score with God?  Do you have lates?  Do you have negatives? Are you over the limit?  Do you have enough spirit mix?  It's time to pull your spirit score and develop a plan to have the highest ratings you can with God.

Mark 14:38 The Message (MSG)

37-38 He came back and found them sound asleep. He said to Peter, “Simon, you went to sleep on me? Can’t you stick it out with me a single hour? Stay alert, be in prayer, so you don’t enter the danger zone without even knowing it. Don’t be naive.
