My guest is Louize Carroll, psychologist, composer, musician and founder of Prism Online Therapy.
She has published peer reviewed papers, she is a regular contributor the Sunday Business Post and on national radio stations such as TodayFM.
She works as a psychologist but she is also a composer, songwriter and bass player with The Blizzards.
In the conversation we navigate through her amazing career this far as well as discussing a number of topics that she sees therapy room.

Episode 131 - Richard Stafford - CEO - www.fettle.ie
After experiencing first hand the importance of therapy, RIchard went on a quest to create a platform to make therapy accessible and affordable, in the hope that more people will be able to get the benefit of therapy.
Richard worked for years in the tech industry but a number of personal circumstances had him spiralling into a dark place of depression that culminate with an attempt at ending his own life less than two years ago.
I am grateful to Richard for sharing his story in a very open and honest manner.

Having grown up in a musical family, Sean left music for a number of years, only to come back to it with gusto, creating a very unique sound releasing a number of singles - including Jocelyn, Winner of International Songwriting Competition in 2020 - and with an album to follow in the coming months.
Sean is a very deep thinker and his music reflects this by creating haunting sounds and great videos.

He is a well respected community man with a love for the outdoor and fitness.
Fitness wasn't always Paddy's top priority but over the last number of years he has completely changed his ways.
He has completed a number of triathlons, marathons and multiple endurance events.
