Short but sweet this week with some realizations I've had during quarantine. I talk about how I was quite sad, anxious, frustrated, and discouraged at the beginning of all of this. And I still feel these emotions here and there due to our current circumstances. However, I had a shift in my mindset of how we have the privilege of working on ourselves in this moment. To be the best versions of ourself, taking care of ourself, and going after what we've always wanted to.
