Podcast leaving cert
Found this very good , not only to share with my son whose doing his leaving cert this June but also for myself as a parent , very reassuring that exams aren’t the be all of everything and that mental health is main importance, as a guide to help him navigate through . Love the calming relaxation advice , found it very helpful .. it’s all about finding the tools to help with the process, allows you as a parent to stay in the loop without interfering and being a smother mother . Thank you
