        Medea is one the most well-known Sorcerouess in Greek Mythology, she was a Queen until her Husband Jason, for who she sacrificed her family and home, got exiled and left her in favor of another woman. Many can tell the story of how Medea and how terrorized Jason by going on a murder spree, but the lesson that we can take away from Medea is what happens when we deny ourselves worth for the sake of someone else's validation.         Metis was the God Zeus's first wife, but she was also the Goddess that was the first queen of the Olympians. Her story consists of her aiding Zeus with his fight against his father Cronos, but it is where she comes from that is special about her story, she is a sea nymph in a family with 300 siblings. She never had the destiny to help Zeus, and no one probably would have seen it coming by seeing her blend in with her vast ocean family.
