Wet N Wild closed its doors 20 years ago to be replaced by a casino, but that project never came. All Net Arena tried to build on the site for a decade, but that recently fell through as well. Now a new developer is taking over planning an arena and the tallest building in Las Vegas. Will this ever get built?
