Episode #3 - Why Is The Foot So Important? W/ Mike Zhao

This podcast is with Mike Zhao and myself, Jayson Westley Leisenring. We delve into the importance of the foot from a mental, physical, and even hormonal standpoint. Mike discusses how the foot is the "window to the soul" and also how having a strong foot helps the knees, hips, and also the upper torso. We also go through how different feet are of people in island countries that are predominantly barefoot and a person from countries that wear shoes a lot. And interestingly enough, Mike talks about Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs is relevant to the foot. And finally you'll get a science presentation as Mike goes into the important bones and muscles of the foot.
