Salwa Alsagoff graduated from NTU with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biological Chemistry. She has held prior positions as Quality Chemist at 3M, Research Assistant at Covance, Manufacturing Biotechnologist (Shift Lead) at Roche and is currently a Quality Specialist at Novartis.

Alwi Hafiz graduated from NUS as an Electrical Engineer. He had a pretty varied career, starting off in a consulting firm, then spending 18 years in Hewlett-Packard, starting as an engineer and ending as the Director of Operations for HP Consulting for the Asia Pacific.  

He then took on a role as the Managing Director for BSI in South East Asia until he left in 2013 to be retained as Sustainability Advisor for Golden Veroleum Liberia while starting up some businesses in technology and also a small Venture Capital Fund with some friends. He has also served as a board member of various companies, statutory boards, and non-profit organizations.
