MBA1781 Should You Outsource Customer Support
As your business scales, you’ll need more customer support. There are companies out there that can handle it for you.
Just pay a fee, and let someone else answer questions, troubleshoot, and otherwise deal with your customers for you. But is it a good idea? By outsourcing support, do you give up something besides the workload?
We approach this issue a little differently in our company.
Today, we discuss the up-and-downsides of farming out your support. We'll explain why some companies need to do this, what they get out of it, and what they lose. We'll also share our own approach to support, and why it's been so crucial to the success of our business.

Are you tired of working from home?
It's not just you. While it seemed great at first (and there are lots of upsides), it can get old. That's even more true if you don't actively design a WFH lifestyle that maintains clear boundaries.
It's Q&A Wednesday, and we're helping one listener cope with the distractions.

Time well spent
Omar's podcast ($100 MBA Show) is short, concise, and packed with great take away learnings.
This podcast focuses on quality rather than quantity (time per episode/many being too long). Highly recommend.
Freaking awesome... Thanks!
Discovered this podcast about 3 months ago and have not looked back since! In those three months, I've fully caught up on all of the episodes and the fantastic lessons within, even going so far as implementing many of them to move towards setting up my own business! Thanks so much Omar for all the wonderful teachings, and all in less than the time it takes to have breakfast.
This is definitely one of my favourite podcasts. It's not the most in depth, but it's fantastic for quick fillers and brings up a lot of concepts and ideas you can walk away and dig further into.
