    In this episode, we speak with Ashley Bard. A keen and competitive cyclist that we first met cycling in London’s Regent’s Park in 2016, he works long hours and lives outside of London, so weekday training can be a challenge for him. We delve into how he copes with that.

    He’s also preparing to embark on a ride from Lands End to John O’Groats, or LEJOG, this summer with his twin brother, Liam. They’ll be doing this in memory of their father, who died suddenly in 2018. In a way that I’m not sure I ever could, Ashley opens up about this life-altering event to Nick and I.
