    Mike has worked as a fitness manager, nutrition coach, personal trainer, master trainer and a metabolic technician so to say ‘he knows his stuff’ is the understatement of the century!
    Firstly, a massive thank you to Mike for recording this podcast at 6am US time. I know what I’m like at 6am in the morning and I wouldn’t want 3 dodgy blokes from London Skype calling me asking be questions left right and rhubarb!!

Treadmill fail

Following you for ages and you're the only podcast I keep coming back too! Love the humour and the content, especially just the banter with the three of ye! Ye reminded me of few years ago in the gym, went to talk to my friend beside me when running on the treadmill..stood on the side instead of the belt at speed and somersaulted basically, ended up with 5 stitches over my eye, a black eye and friction burn on my chin knee and ankle! As a 16 year old girl cardio machines were the only thing I used in the gym but have since competed in a very random strongwoman competition and went back to playing sport. You've been a positive voice both mentally and as a motivator to keep going, keep it up!
