Very informative

The breathwork club is one of my favourite podcasts. Brian has a wealth of knowledge and has a voice so calming. Whether you want to learn about different breathing techniques, the anatomy of breathing or would like to use it as a meditative practice, this is the podcast to subscribe to. I’m always excited for the next episode.
