Here are some of the things we talked about in today’s show:
The horrible trend of ‘fitness’ and ‘skinny’ shaming that is trending on social media Building up enough self-esteem to deal with people not supporting you on your journey Dealing with online hate and trolls by developing more self-confidence and understanding why ‘hurt people hurt people’ Getting back to your ‘pre mom or pre dad’ self by asking what inspired you before you became a parent and not losing yourself when you have kids! Dr. Grayson is a behavior change communications consultant who teaches about Public Health Communications in the Master of Public Health Program in the Larner College of Medicine at the University of Vermont.
