Simple, yet effective helpful podcast for female health

This podcast has everything , as a PMDD sufferer I find great value in the guests Mj interviews whether it be in terms of healthy routines/ lifestyle habits, information about suitable nutrition for each phase of a females cycle, Mjs podcast has it all here.
