    Congrats! You've found your dream home, you've won the bidding war and your offer has been accepted! What happens next? It's often a big surprise to be finally Sale Agreed, and people panic about what happens next. There's lots of things to do at this stage. This episode takes you through the next steps: Paying A Booking DepositChoosing A SolicitorInforming Your Bank / BrokerInstructing a SurveyorArranging Mortgage Protection / Home Insurance Then I interview Suzanne Parker, from Parker Law Solicitors about choosing a solicitor, what they do for you in the sales process and how much you should expect to pay for their services. The Central Bank have relaxed mortgage lending rules so you can borrow 4x your income and second time buyers can borrow up to 90% of the value of the home, up from 80% previously.
