After years of calorie counting, dieting, weighing myself and pounding the payments, I realised I was looking for a solution in all the wrong places…

Fast forward past many failed attempts and lessons learned, I’m now fit, healthy and free. Most importantly, I learned how to love myself again.

Easy to follow, simple steps to bring out the best in yourself. As a 50 year old female I thought our age group were forgotten when it came to health and wellness but I can honestly say this podcast and Jessica’s workouts have changed my life.
