Nice discovery

I’m glad I came across this podcast. Listening to Rachael’s voice is very calming and mindful by itself. The mindful activities at the end of each podcast are useful and practical for everyday life.

Best thing I found in 2018

I came across Rachael’s podcast in early 2018 when I was trying to learn a little more about creativity & mindfulness. Her voice is super chill & calming, and she makes mindfulness and stress relief so easy and accessible. She has also recommended other materials - books, podcasts, music etc that I’ve loved. I especially love her instagram posts with her puppies ☺️ Love from Karen in Ireland 💚
