Welcome to the momma happy hour podcast! This is where I bring mothers together to have real, unscripted conversations. Its a space where they share their experiences, stories and truths about motherhood. When I became a mom I felt so lonely for someone who was always surrounded by my child and my hubby. There was no one really having real motherhood conversation and I felt like the I was the only one going through challenges in my motherhood journey because no one was really talking about it. And for the longest time that is what I thought motherhood was until one day I shared my real thoughts and feelings pertaining my motherhood journey and she said, me too... That is when I knew I needed to normalize real motherhood conversations and that is when the momma happy hour space was formed. A space to let you know that you are not alone momma.
