A weekly show hosted by Emma Jones, Matthew Lewis, Jermaine Beckford and Patrick Bamford.
On 7th March 2020 more than 36,000 fans piled into Elland Road for the 2-0 win over Huddersfield Town which continued the march towards promotion to the Premier League. Since then not a single fan has been back in to watch Marcelo Bielsa’s side in person. This week Patrick Bamford, Jermaine Beckford, Emma Jones and Matthew Lewis reflect on that fact as we approach the year mark since the stands fell silent.
With more promising times on the horizon and a hopeful return of fans in the coming months, members of the Leeds faithful tell us what they’ve missed most and what they’re most looking forward to, from journeys to the ground to time spent with friends and family and some of the more suspect odours they now long for. Pat gives us an insight into what it’s really like playing in empty stadiums, and the team look forward to the time they can cheer on the Mighty Whites in person.

Dallas is on the Brut
Pat floats into the recording studio (his house) high on the feeling that comes with scoring against Southampton the night before as Marcelo Bielsa’s men stormed to a 3-0 win. Along Emma, Matt and Jermaine (recording from a random car park in Liverpool - we don’t know either) he breaks down a win that lifted Leeds into the top half of the Premier League.
And we also delve into pre-match preparation – the weird traditions players may have, the goings on in the team hotel, why Pat smothers himself in aftershave before each game and more.

Angus Kinnear: “I might actually listen to this one”
Emma, Pat, Matt and Jermaine are on their best behaviour this week as they’re joined by Leeds United CEO Angus Kinnear who shares his thoughts on the season so far, exciting plans for the future, the impact of Covid on the club and much, much more.
He also has to politely tolerate Matt appointing himself Pat’s new agent and trying to hold impromptu contract negotiations.

Jermaine's Dry Sheets
It’s been a hectic run of games and Emma, Jermaine, Pat and Matt are here to dissect it all. The guys breakdown the 2-0 win over Crystal Palace, a game in which Pat scored the 100th goal of his career (though Becks and Matt are keen to ensure the episode isn’t an entire Pat-praise-fest and analyse his first-half miss too).
We hear about Jermaine’s acting debut, Pat drops a language bombshell and Matt’s feeling the effects of his match viewing the night before. Plus, Pat’s been dishing out the Official Leeds United Podcast Halfway-Ish-Point-Of-The-Season Awards at Thorp Arch.

KP’s Hand-Me-Down T-Shirts
Unbelievably it’s the halfway point of the Premier League season, so it’s only right the guys dish out some mid-season awards.
In Pat, Matt and Jermaine’s view, who has scored the best goal so far (can we forgive a certain striker for nominating himself?) and what’s been the best moment up to now? Matt has his own award to dish out too, the name of which we can’t repeat. Plus, there’s chat about the 2-1 win over Newcastle United and the guys answer some more of your questions.

Who would you trust in a Robin Reliant?
Emma, Pat, Jermaine and Matt are here to banish the memories of Blue Monday and offer us the inside scoop from Elland Road.
They get the bleak stuff out the way up top, discussing the frustrating 1-0 loss to Brighton, whilst Pat shares his current (and fairly grim) Netflix fix.
Emma also challenges the guys to begin piecing together their best Leeds XI of the Premier League era, beginning with strikers. Needless to say Pat and Becks do their best to ensure they’re picked...
Send us your own suggestions for the XI, plus any questions you have for the guys using #LUFCPod.
