Did they prefer Take That or the Spice Girls? Home Away or Neighbours? Blur or Oasis? The highs, the lows, the laughs and that all important first sloppy snog. Shove your walkman on and reminisce about a time before social media. When Top Of The Pops was the highlight of your week and you slightly regretted getting that perm.

Emma is a legend
I usually don’t leave reviews but after reading Emma’s story I felt the need too. Emma is one the very few content creators out there that are actually genuine. She is unapologetically herself and encourages others to do the same. Love from Ireland 🇮🇪
Same people/different day
I dipped in to this because I believe in supporting people who are giving it a go but there are too many issues with this first episode.
For starters why call your podcast the phone box podcast and claim your guests are calling from a public phone box when this is not the case.
The host (Emma) constantly spoke over and interrupted the guest. It’s like she had an agenda or list of topics to shoehorn in to the podcast and the guest needed to be forced to discuss them even though she didn’t seem to be that interested.
There is probably so much more you could get from a discussion on teenage years, how did it shape your adulthood, how it compares to teens growing up now, discussion on parenting teenagers etc.
My biggest issue is that the list of guests for this podcast have all been done to death 5 years ago. The unmumsy mum, five minute mum KDIL etc have all done the podcast rounds and there is nothing new here and the lack of any diversity is pretty sad.
