Steve has done a phenomenal job with this podcast. His guests are experts in all fields related to bodybuilding, powerlifting and nutrition. In the confusing, contradictory world of fitness, Steve stands out for applying and providing research backed, logical information. Can’t recommend it enough!

Great Podcast

Steve is an extremely knowledgable person and has the likes of Mike Isreatel on his podcast regularly to discuss the most up to date research on training and nutrition. There are loads of take always for your own programme design and nutrition and you know it's trustworthy information as it's all backed up by science. Highly recommended, no doubt it will continue to improve as it grows in popularity too!
