Stop Cheating On Your Diet
If you wouldn't cheat on your partner, you shouldn't cheat on your diet.
"Cheat meals" have no direct benefit to weight loss.
The only thing they can do is ruin your relationship with food. I've said it before and I'll say it again - your diet should always include foods you love. There's no reason why you shouldn't have them regularly, in moderation.
With a little planning, you can ditch the cheat meal. enjoy foods you love and not risk destroying your relationship with food.
