#3 Tracey Collopy - Sex, Relationships, Bullies & Leaving Cert

I had the absolute pleasure of having the Powerhouse that is Tracey Collopy on the podcast for this episode.
This episode tackles some important areas but also has lots of giggles!
Tracey is only 23 and already has a thriving Personal Training business, a huge social media following and is an advocate for Therapy. I really wanted discover what helped make Tracey into the woman that she is today and to do that we went all the way back to school!
We both shared our stories of being bullied, the leaving cert and how we think people can turn a negative experiences into becoming a better, stronger person. From that we touched on what Therapy has done for us which includes how it has helped Tracey find her purpose! This is how we get talking about sex and relationships. We were both a little vulnerable, open and touched on some important points!
    Hope you all Enjoy :)

A must listen!!

Listening to these episodes is like being in the room with Sarah and her guests. It’s so chill yet extremely informative. They speak about all the things we wish we knew ten years ago. It’s not just for girls either, it has great insights into life that could help any person no matter they’re age or gender!

Amazing!

I’ve listened to both parts of the episode with Sinead Hegarty, and I really really enjoyed them. I love how it’s a really natural conversation between Sarah and Sinead & that it doesn’t seem like an interview at all. I resonated a lot with what Sarah and Sinead spoke about, and I feel like I’ve taken and learnt a lot from both parts of this interview. I find it so refreshing to hear the girls speak about so much of what us girls are thinking and feeling. This really is a must listen. I cannot wait to see what’s the come. Well done Sarah 💗🥰
