My ways to work/climbing gym/home got longer!! haha Instead of taking shortcuts I´m choosing the longest way to keep listening and enjoying!
I´ve always been passionate about climbing and nutrition… what a perfect match!
Neely has such a nice and smooth style interviewing people and mixing training, stories, nutrition, thoughts, experiences…. every single person in the show has brought something that everyone (including myself) can use and apply to our trainings and life!!
