    Dr. Nichelle Haynes is a Board Certified psychiatrist in Austin, Texas where she specializes in women's mental health. She spent time in training in Fort Worth, Houston and Galveston, Texas prior to returning to her home town to practice full time. She currently works at an inpatient hospital where she is director of an inpatient unit dedicated specifically to women. She also sees patients in a partial hospitalization program, as well as intensive outpatient program and is going to start seeing patients in an outpatient clinic. She is a mom of two boys and an advocate for perinatal mental health.

    Kristin Lasseter, MD graduated cum laude from Southwestern University with a Bachelors of Science in Biology prior to attending medical school at the Long School of Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Dr. Lasseter excelled in medical school and was awarded membership into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. After receiving her Medical Degree, she completed Psychiatry residency at Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin where she served as Chief Resident. She additionally spent time training in Reproductive Psychiatry at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston prior to starting Austin's first Women's Psychiatry clinic in her fourth year of residency.   
    After graduating residency training, Dr. Lasseter started the Reproductive Psychiatry Clinic of Austin. She also serves as the Medical Director of Pregnancy and Postpartum Health Alliance of Texas, and is the director of perinatal psychiatric consultation services at St. David’s North Austin Women’s Center. In 2018, Dr. Lasseter was awarded the Association of Women Psychiatrists Symonds Fellowship for her efforts and dedication to advancing Women's Mental Health in Central Texas.
