Tiny Leaps Amazing Development

Greg offers tiny bits of change that can be easily applied to everyday life and those lead to transformation. I've been a fan of the podcast for months now and I've been feeling more in control of my life and I've been taking steps to improve my health and my body is already changing. I highly recommend it.
